Open Kyzylkum dune country between Nur-Ata and the royal road — Session 0 Seeker awakening collapse site.
Open sand between the Nuratau foothills and the river valley — heat-shimmered by day, close enough to Nur-Ata's rocky heights to have been visible from the sentinel post, far enough into the dune sea that nothing else is. No landmark, no water, no shelter but the rocky outcrops that break the sand line every few kilometers.
Someone walked west into this country against what their own charts told them, and collapsed here after a day and night on their feet. What found them — hoofbeats, in the dark, on or near the royal road to the south — was close enough to matter.
